How do I modify my participant list?
Contact our concierge team to make the request: concierge@ronaconnexia.ca.
Is there a maximum number of participants that I can add for my store?
No. You may add as many participants as you wish.
Can I spend an additional night at the hotel before or after the event?
Yes! Contact the hotel directly to extend your reservation. However, keep in mind that the preferential rate only applies to event days. And since fall is a busy season, we recommend booking your additional night(s) soon.
Can minors participate in the event?
RONA Connexia is for individuals aged 18 and over.
I missed the deadline to send the required details. What can I do?
Contact our concierge team to see if there are any spots still available: concierge@ronaconnexia.ca.
Who should I contact if I have questions?

If I need to cancel my store’s participation after the deadline, what are my options?
