- How do I modify my participant list?
- Contact our concierge team to make the request: concierge@ronaconnexia.ca.
- Is there a maximum number of participants that I can add for my store?
- No. You may add as many participants as you wish.
- Can I spend an additional night at the hotel before or after the event?
- Yes! Contact the hotel directly to extend your reservation. However, keep in mind that the preferential rate only applies to event days. And since fall is a busy season, we recommend booking your additional night(s) soon.
- Can minors participate in the event?
- RONA Connexia is for individuals aged 18 and over.
- I missed the deadline to send the required details. What can I do?
- Contact our concierge team to see if there are any spots still available: concierge@ronaconnexia.ca.
- Who should I contact if I have questions?
- Our concierge team is available to answer your questions at concierge@ronaconnexia.ca.
- If I need to cancel my store’s participation after the deadline, what are my options?
- Please refer to our cancellation policy.
