You confirm that the members of your team (directors, officers, employees and/or agents) that you selected to participate to the event are carefully chosen and advised that they are, like the participating Dealer, bound by the confidentiality obligations that need to be strictly complied with (including the obligations in the Commercial License Agreement that binds the Dealer with RONA Inc.). The 2024 RONA Connexia website contains confidential information disclosed by RONA Inc. (hereinafter “RONA”) to the Dealer and said members of its team and consequently, the Dealer and such members of its team must not disclose such confidential information to any person other than its directors, officers, employees and agents who need to know same for the purpose of operating the Dealer’s business.
You understand that by registering for and participating in the 2024, RONA Connexia event, we may collect registrants’ personal information. For example, we may collect identification information that can be used to identify registrants, such as IP address, when you browse our websites or use our applications, as well as online activities information, such as browsing history, search history, and other information when you interact with our websites, applications, and advertisements. We also collect preference information when you communicate with us. We use the information to facilitate the 2024 RONA Connexia event, to communicate and reach out to you, to enhance our products, services and operations, and for other legal, compliance, law enforcement and security purposes. Cancellation policy
If you wish to make changes or cancel your reservation, you must inform us by writing to concierge@ronaconnexia.ca no later than August 30, 2024.
After this date, we will be obliged to charge you the full cost of participation. No refunds will be issued in the event you are unable to be present at the 2024 RONA Connexia event. We reserve the right to cancel the event. In that case, we will refund you all fees paid.
Terms of use and privacy
By providing us with an email address and/or mobile phone number, you confirm that there is a business connection between the information provided and your company, and you agree to receive direct communications related to the 2024 RONA Connexia event.
