- How many sales reps can I have at my booth?
- You may add as many participants as you wish.
- How do I modify my sales rep list for my booth?
- Contact our concierge team to make the request: concierge@ronaconnexia.ca.
- Can I spend an additional night at the hotel before or after the event?
- Yes! Contact the hotel directly to extend your reservation. However, keep in mind that the preferential rate only applies to event days. And since fall is a busy season, we recommend booking your additional night(s) soon.
- Can minors participate in the event?
- RONA Connexia is for individuals aged 18 and over.
- Can I add participants after the deadline?
- Contact our concierge team to see if that’s a possibility at concierge@ronaconnexia.ca.
- Who can I contact if I have questions?

- Where can I find information about my booth and the trade show?
- To prepare your booth and team for the event, be sure to review the exhibitor's guide.
- If I need to cancel my company’s participation after the deadline, what are my options?
